This role encompasses managing day-to-day platform management activities across various Global Marketing platforms and integrations.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Ensure the use of Global IDT change and release management processes.
- Coordinate the change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and facilitate discussions for change.
- Collaborate with development, testing and operations team to create release plans and schedules.
- Lead the planning and execution of releases, ensuring mínimal distribution to the business.
- Facilitate release activities across all development teams, ensuring smooth and timely deployments.
- Identify potential risk associated with the change and release and develop strategies to mitigate the risk.
- Validate that UAT has been successfully completed.
- Track deployment of changes into environments and handling communications around releases.
- Perform post-implementation reviews and provide insights for continuous improvement or automation.
- Participate in audits and compliance assessments to demonstrate adhere to IT governance standards.
- Ensure all evidence (SOX) is documented and submitted on time.
- Work closely with Environment management team to maintain consistency between Non-Production environment and production environment.

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE**

**ESSENTIAL**

**Experience Required**
- 5+ or Significant years post graduate work experience in an end to end IT change and release management environment with experience handling large external partner teams.
- Experience in large global organisation using in-sourced and out-sourced IT services.
- Good knowledge of IT Service Management best practice (ITIL) in specific process areas e.g. Change
- management.

**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**
- Has experience in working in a fast-paced environment with ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects (changes) simultaneously
- Leads and Influences others regarding change and release policies, practices, and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills, proactive, possess growth mindset, stays up to date with technology and displays continuous self-development
- Excellent relationship/ stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
- Comfortable with team-based work in a flexible atmosphere and can easily adapt to changing priorities.

**Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Practical knowledge of ITIL V4, Agile and DevOps

**BENEFICIAL**
- Experience in managing Marketing Platforms such as Adobe AEM, Magento, Salesforce Service Cloud
- Operating Sox controls
- Proven proficiency in managing with complex Marketing Platform architectures
