IT Internship

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and workstations.
- Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Contribute to IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and data backups.
- Collaborate with the IT team to monitor network performance, security, and compliance with IT policies.
- Learn and implement cybersecurity best practices to ensure data protection and system integrity.
- Assist in documenting IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to share insights and propose innovative solutions.

**Job Requirements**
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about IT operations and support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and address technical issues.
- Good communication skills for interacting with colleagues and end-users.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in using common office software suites (e.g., MS 365).
- Availability to work for the duration of the internship period.

**Salary**: RM800.00 per month
