**ACCOUNTABILITY**
- Responsible for all payment transactions, operating the scanners, scales, cash registers, and any other electronics.
- Greet customers, answer their questions, helping them to locate items, and providing advice or recommendations.
- Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
- Ensure customer purchase quota (custom policy) are complied.
- Accept payments and return the correct change due as necessary for cash payments, processing refunds and exchanges, and ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate.
- Ensure a receipt is issued to every buying customer, and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide bagging and wrapping for all purchases to ensure safe transportation.
- Comply to procedures regarding issuing voucher, gift cards and promotions.
- Maintain a clean workspace.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)
