Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a web programmer, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL.
- Strong understanding of back-end development concepts and technologies.
