Outlet Crew Supervisor

**Penang Chendul **is expanding and looking for **Outlet Crew Supervisor** to join us.

**Branch**:Sunway Carnival Mall, Seberang Jaya, Penang

**Job Descriptions**:

- Manage and supervise the overall outlet operations (Quality/Service/Cleanliness/Valuable) and ensure outlets are running smoothly on daily basis.
- Ensure the hygiene standards are strictly followed as per F&B departmental manual.
- Ensure the service operation procedures are followed at all times.
- Ensure that all standards set for food presentation, quality, and quantity are met and monitored.
- Set and monitor Sales Goals for Corporate Outlets.
- To control on corporate outlets stock, control and monitor wastage and contribute to cost saving measures.
- Manage guest queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Hold daily/weekly meetings with the staff to review the daily operation and discuss past performance that can be improved.
- Regular training to be conducted for all staff to improve the service standard.
- Follow up and check on the job training.
- KPI to set and achieve together with staff.
- Responsible for the distribution of the relative instructions and rules to the employees.
- Provide support in new franchisee outlet opening.
- To carry out other ad-hoc duties and functions assigned by the HOD from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Able to attend **2 weeks training** at **Queensbay Mall.**:

- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
- Knowledge of POS Software and Microsoft Office such as Excel.
- Problem-solving skills, Communication Skills, and People Management skills.
- Initiative at work, Self-motivated and committed.
- At least 2 years of working experience in F&B industries.
- Own transport and willing to travel when required.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
