**Job Description**:
Spreadsheet Creation and Maintenance:

- Develop an efficient and user-friendly spreadsheet to track tasks, projects, and initiatives.
- Regularly update and maintain the spreadsheet to reflect the latest information and project statuses.

Data Input and Validation:

- Collaborate with the manager to input relevant data into the spreadsheet.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data through regular validation and cross-checks.

Task Assignment and Responsibility Tracking:

- Clearly define responsible parties for each task or project within the tracker.
- Track and communicate task assignments and ownership.

Status Updates and Reporting:

- Establish a cadence for status updates based on the manager's preferences.
- Generate regular reports summarizing the status of ongoing tasks and projects.

Communication and Collaboration:

- Facilitate effective communication between team members to gather necessary information.
- Collaborate with the manager to understand specific requirements and preferences for tracking.

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree graduates in any field.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in data entry, reporting, project tracking.
- Proven experience in spreadsheet creation and management.
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
