Position: Production Supervisor

Working Location: Kayu Ara Pasong, 82010 Pontian, Johor, Malaysia

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday (8.30am-5.00pm)

To lead the production operatives within the assigned production line, establishing and maintaining high standards of performance.

**Responsible for leading and coordinating the production of assigned mould including activities of Sub-Contractor to achieve production within the day and to the quality standard required.**

Supervision in the daily production of precast concrete to meet with the production schedule.

**Ensure sufficient of raw material of daily usage in accordance to daily production schedule, reporting to immediate superior if needed.**

Prepare and conduct mould inspection and pre-pour inspection on daily basis, prepare checklist and relevant inspection reports.

**Maintain production’s documentation well-records.**

Ensuring the plant production operation, work instructions and procedures are strictly followed.

**Closely standing supervision of concrete pours and check continuously of finishes surface towards conformance to specifications and standards.**

Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements if needed.

**To ensure that workers are adequately skilled and experienced in following and understanding correct production methods.**

Maintain and implement quality control system in the factory and project sites by following the project quality manual and standard operating procedures set by the company.

**Liaising with Production Department’s member and sub-contractors for any non-conformance for pre-pour inspection, trains workers whenever necessary and as required.**

Any other tasks which may be assigned by the management from time to time. Job

Requirements**:Diploma in Civil Engineering and/ or equivalent.**

At least 2 years' experience in quality control in precast industry.

**1-3 years of Experience in HDB Project in precast industry will be added advantage ** Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

**Possess problem-solving, analyzing and reporting skills. ** Positive attitude in learning.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
