We are looking for a Copywriter to join our TradeQuo team. We're seeking a highly innovative, and driven Copywriter. This role will be pivotal in shaping our brand voice across various platforms. Your unique fusion of creativity, copywriting skills, and understanding of psychology will help our team deliver compelling and impactful content that resonates with our B2B clientele. As a member of the Marketing team, the copywriter will write and edit content for a variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media), working closely with the account and design teams to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and articulate messaging.

**Responsibilities**:

- Brand Voice:Maintain consistency in brand voice and tone across all communication platforms. Continuously refine and update the brand voice to adapt to changing market trends and audience preferences.
- Audience Analysis: Leverage psychological insights to design persuasive, client-centric messaging that inspires action, facilitates decision-making processes, and enhances brand loyalty in a complex financial landscape.
- Campaign Support: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns. Provide copy support for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- SEO Optimization: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to incorporate relevant keywords and SEO best practices into copy to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
- Proofreading and Editing: Ensure all marketing copy is error-free, grammatically correct, and adheres to quality standards. Edit and proofread content as needed to maintain high-quality standards. Continually optimize copy based on performance metrics, client feedback, and financial industry developments.
- Research:Conduct industry-specific market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration:Work closely with creative, marketing, sales, and financial teams to understand objectives and develop strategic messaging to meet these goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree in Psychology is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience as a copywriter or related role, preferably within a B2B and/or financial services environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques and keyword research.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Previous work experience in forex or finance trading industry
- Strong awareness of market trends, emerging technologies, and new FinTech products and business models

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
