**Responsibilities: -**
- Data entry, order processing, filing and delivery scheduling of all delivery records.
- Provide support to the Transport Executive as and when required.
- Ensuring POD's are completed, returned and scanned.
- Checking and preparing drivers documentation.
- Dispatching drivers and issuing appropriate documentation.
- Data input and job creation.
- Production and filing of drivers infringement letters
- Recording and filing of vehicle maintenance records
- General office admin.
**Competency: -**
- Min SPM or Certificates or Diploma in related fields.
- Proficiency in basic computer knowledge, Microsoft Office (Words & Excel).
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
