**Responsibilities**
- Perform technical service activities including inspection, installation, testing & commissioning of switchgears & transformers
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
- Diagnose malfunctioning motor, devices, equipment and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
- Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
- Review product specification to ensure that requirements stated are correct, unambiguous, and verifiable.
- To comply to Energy Commission requirement and Safety & Health standard set forth by company and authorities.
- To carry out power switching procedures during emergency operation
- To monitor and analyze electricity usage and energy efficiency.
- Respond to customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
- Troubleshooting, repair and servicing works of electrical apparatus
- Assist in preparation service report and submission
- Foster a good relationship with colleagues and a good team player.
