Supervisor Security

Main Responsibilities
- Controlling of Visitors Monitoring Systems.
- Monitoring of staff attendance card.
- Assist SSO in detaining process
- Practising on checking procedure at staff entrance as well at receiving bay.
- Checking on disposal, breakage and cleaning wastage.
- Performing full body check and bag carriage
- Ensuring no staff hand phone is in the sales floor (only supervisor and above).
- Controlling receiving traffics when needed.
- Provide escorts for cash handling and verification of CIT officers.
- Patrolling on sales floor and storage or other area as advised by SSO.
- Counter check on trolley and basket daily collection (opening & closing).
- Informing SH/SM /AM on any illegal activities in the store.
- Checking on all sales floor POS especially during closing hours.

Safety
- Assist outlets in ensuring no blockage at all area of Fire Fighting Equipment tools and Emergency Exit Doors.
- Alertness on safety issues of the floor.
- Ensuring all staff is following attires SOP’s without fail.
- Acknowledge on all FFE location.
- Lead outlet staff on safety awareness.
- Detecting any risk potential and preventive measures.
- To lead safety team at outlets level.
