Gdd Coordinator

**Job Purpose**
To assist in overall Administration, Operations and Logistics management related to the recruitment and intake of **egg & sperm** donors and the matching of those donors to Intended patients.

**Duties**

2. Work closely with clinicians and clinical staff to provide exceptional, compassionate patient care for patients undergoing treatment.

3. Take ownership of the care of donors, recipients through the match process

4. Handles all inbound calls from prospective and current clients; addresses customer/client issues and ensures effective short-term and long-term resolution in a timely manner and with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.

5. Provide education, counselling and support to recipients, egg & sperm donors and the steps in the match process.

6. Guidance and supportive measures given to recipient couples seeking to use an egg/sperm donor for future IVF treatment.

7. Maintaining the parties’ anonymity and confidentiality.

8. Contributes to team effort by maintaining an excellent rapport and working relationship, internally and externally, including network practices.

9. Adhere to RTAC Code of Practices.

10. You shall diligently and conscientiously perform your duties and responsibilities as Fertility Nurse.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
