Receiving Officer manages to receive items and ensure the deliveries are store properly for further distribution to another department.
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Conducts proper and thorough checks on items received. To ensure the correct quality and quantity received correspond with the purchase order.
Ensures accurate tabulation and records of inventory and invoices in the system.
Follow the Food Handling Standards while dealing with wet or dry food items and adhere strictly to the hotel’s purchasing and procurement standards while dealing with other receiving items.
Maintains the cleanliness of the storeroom and to ensure items stored in the storeroom are arranged in an orderly manner.
Participates with the Finance associates to perform a physical inventory of the stores at the end of each month.
**Requirements**:
1 or 2 years of experiences as Receiving Clerk in hotel line
Good data entry skill and good attention to detail
Physically fit and team-oriented
Able to read and communicate in English
Must have the right to work in Malaysia
