The position is responsible to plan and manage Postpaid product and services including development, pricing, customer’s experience, product lifecycle management and increase customers base to grow revenue while maintaining the profitability of the business.

Area of Responsibilities

1. Responsible for performance and P&L of Postpaid segment to achieve financial objectives.

2. Responsible for strategy, commercials, roadmap development, marketing implementation of Prepaid products to drive growth in Acquisition and In-Base monetization.

3. Strategize development of new and innovative products/campaigns/promotions brought to market, product experience and go-to-market execution strategy, aligned to company’s business objectives and goals (Revenue growth, profitability and Customer Experience).

4. Lead Campaign Base to develop best practices and platforms to ensure most advanced capabilities to increase take-up of products and services.

5. Establish insights development, evaluating the market trends, consumer behaviors, technological developments and come up with unique value propositions to targeted segments and subscribers, outpacing competition.

6. Develop consumer insights and demands, technology trends, market and competitive landscape through continuous engagements with market research and business intelligence.

7. Responsible for product concept, business model canvass and manage business case for strategic growth initiatives and stimulate customer acquisitions through partnership and collaboration including new product/campaign, cross/up-selling, device/VAS bundling, channel expansion and distribution.

8. Strategize and align the go-to-market (GTM) strategy development and execution by aligning with Marketing, Brand and Channel (sales and support) activities to ensure the product positioning and value propositions are supported with the relevant messaging, content and choice of media strategy for effective impact to the market.

9. Lead and control product lifecycle, price, features, service and process enhancements to ensure continuous quality and improvements through systematic collection of feedbacks and input from consumers and internal/external stakeholders.

10. Prepare and present documentation to Management, in compliance to TM BPG and uBIGf, including concept, business case approval, post-implementation review decks.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 8 years in Segment Development/Marketing/Management, Financial Analysis, Market Behavior Research and Competitive Analysis.

2. Minimum 8 years in Telco products development and management
