**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role in Ipoh for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including providing executive administrative assistance, answering and directing phone calls, maintaining appointment schedules and calendars, filing paperwork, and communicating with various parties effectively.

**Qualifications**
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Ability to maintain phone etiquette and communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Excellent clerical skills, including data entry, file management, and record keeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong organizing and multitasking skills to manage various tasks effectively
- Diploma or degree in Office Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply

**Requirement**
- Fluent in English and Mandarin for both oral and written.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
