Electrician (Wireman)

**Position**: Building Maintenance Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Able to perform Simple troubleshoot Issue.
- Attend to Breakdown of Building, water leaking, Compressed Air leaking, exhaust Fan, High Bay Lighting, LED Lighting, Aircond services and ETC.
- Knowledge in General Works in Plumbing Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Construction Facility Management.
- Preventive maintenance on all Building Equipment.
- Water Tanks, Toilet, Grease Trap, water Tap & Etc
- Install or Replace basic Plumbing Fixture, including Sinks, water closet, Urinals and related Accesssories.
- Repair, fits and Maintain building water system, Drainage pipe and other related system.
- Maintain records of Scheduled Maintenance procedures.
- Carry out all Scheduled Maintenance in according with the timeline set.
- Perform Preventative maintenance task as instructed by superior.
- All other adhoc task that assigned by Superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have minimum of 3 years in Building Maintenance Jobs
- Must have knowledge of Plumbing, General Electrical and building cementing works.
