1. To liaise/inspect/follow-up with the lift vendors/sub-con/technician during the lift breakdowns occur. 2. To liaise/inspect/follow-up with the contractor for repairing works. 3. To ensure the daily report is submitted by maintenance, security & cleaner. 4. In the event if the security service/cleaner/maintenance provider is shortage of staff, required to make an immediate action and give a report to Building Manager / Senior Executive. 5. To inspect, resolve and make a report for complaints regarding any defect that affected to the resident unit. 6. To find/follow-up/monitor contractor for major repair works. 7. To handle all complaints pertaining daily operation and common areas defects by owners, tenants and residents. 8. To ensure and make report for all the Mechanical & Engineering (M&E) room, Civil & Structure (C&S), Closed-circuit Television (CCTV), Building Services, Landscaping are working in a good condition
We are JMB Selayang Centre Point is Joint Management Body (JMB) for managing Selayang Centre Point Building since 2011. With some developments consisting of hundreds of units, the JMB works with the developer to maintain the property before a proper handover can be carried out. It can sometimes take the developer a long time to pursue the issuance of the strata title. As such, JMB's will continue to work with the developer to ensure proper documentation, payment schedules, accounting, and the upkeep of the property. Apart from overseeing everyday operations like rubbish collection and cleanliness, the JMB also manages areas such as ensuring the community’s general safety. We are looking for the best team work in order to ensure smooth daily operations.
