Branch Manager

**Samsung Authorized Service Center** (One Mobile Care SDN BHD) Garden, KL

**RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Ensure Company’s KPIs results is achieved
- Recruit, mentor and develop customer service executive and admin staffs and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
- Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance
- Overall responsible for stock accuracy and data integrity in the inventory system
- Ensure prompt response to SME & HQ enquiries.
- Ensure all the staffs discharged their duty effectively and according to the rules and regulations
- Ensure teamwork carry out at your branch.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
- Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
- Responsible in increasing revenues and profitability of the branch

**JOB REQUIREMENT**_**:_
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and organizational planning skills, with the ability to train, motivate and manage a team.
- Possess good problem-solving skill.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia and any additional language would be an added advantage.

**WORKING LOCATION**:
**Samsung Authorized Service Center **(One Mobile Care SDN BHD) - The Garden Mall. Lingkaran Syed Putra, Mid Valley City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mid Valley City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)
