Plan, schedule, and coordinate all interior construction activities to ensure projects are completed within

i. Develop a detailed project plan, considering project objectives, scope, deliverables, and resources

required.

ii. Identify critical project milestones and establish a realistic timeline for each phase of the project.

iii. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers, to

align project goals and expectations.

iv. Conduct feasibility assessments and provide input on project budgeting, including cost estimates,

resource allocation, and procurement requirements.

2. Collaborate with project managers, consultant, and other stakeholders to understand project

requirements and specifications.

i. Work closely with project managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the project scope,

objectives, and client expectations.

ii. Collaborate with architects, designers, and other consultants to ensure project plans, designs, and

specifications meet client requirements.

iii. Participate in project kick-off meetings and contribute to the development of project strategies and

approaches.

3. Create and maintain a project plan, including work breakdown structure, task dependencies, and

resource allocation.

i. Determine task dependencies and establish logical sequencing of activities to ensure smooth

project flow.

ii. Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, based on project requirements

and constraints.

iii. Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations as needed to ensure efficient project execution.

4. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective measures to

maintain project schedule.

i. Regularly review project status, tracking progress against the project plan and timeline.

ii. Identify potential risks, delays, or bottlenecks and develop contingency plans to mitigate these

issues.

iii. Implement effective project tracking and reporting mechanisms to keep stakeholders informed of

progress and potential deviations.

iv. Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to the project team and management in

a timely manner.

5. Regularly communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to the project team and

management.

i. Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment

among team members.

ii. Provide clear and concise project updates to stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and

executives.

iii. Facilitate effective communication channels between project team members, ensuring information

flows smoothly.

iv. Collaborate with the project team to resolve conflicts, solve problems, and make informed decisions

to keep the project on track.

B. Team Management

1. Supervise and lead a team of contractors, subcontractors, and construction workers, assigning tasks

and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.

i. Provide clear instructions, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a positive and

productive work environment.

ii. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the appropriate team members based on their skills and

expertise.

iii. Monitor the progress of individual team members and provide regular feedback on performance.

iv. Conduct performance evaluations and recommend training or development opportunities as

necessary.

2. Provide clear instructions and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work

environment.

3. Conduct regular site meetings to communicate project objectives, address concerns, and provide

performance feedback to the team.

i. Schedule and lead regular meetings to discuss project updates, address any issues or challenges,

4. Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and

services.

i. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they have a clear understanding of project

requirements and timelines.

ii. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to schedule deliveries and installations, ensuring they

align with project schedules.

iii. Regularly review subcontractor and supplier performance, addressing any issues or concerns

promptly.

iv. Maintain effective working relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, fostering a collaborative

and productive working environment.

5. Collaborate with the human resources department to recruit and onboard new team members as

needed.
