*Sales & Admin Coordinator*

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support office operations.
- Assist in sales administration, including handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining sales records.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- Handle document management, filing, and data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Provide support in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.
- Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures.

*Qualifications*:

- Proven experience in administrative roles, sales administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management software.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
