Account Executive

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Hunters International Sdn Bhd Full time

Perform full-sets of Accounts including preparation of Journal Entries and reconciliation.
- Responsible for managing all facets of the accounting matters of the company, including month end or year-end closing process, financial statement preparation, audits, process management, and compliance to accounting, tax & other guidelines.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Perform monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities and reconciliations of accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions and ensure timely payments and collections.
- Manage cash flow, prepare budget & forecast report
- Involve in Payroll calculation and submission (about 10 to 14 headcount)
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents and other stakeholders for audit and tax matters.
- Ensure proper accounting records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Able to converse fluently in Mandarin.
- 3-4 years of experience specialized in finance or equivalent.
- Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent accounting qualification.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Meticulous, hands-on and good team player.
- Independent, meticulous with analytical mind.

**Remuneration**:
**Up to MYR 4,500 (Basic) + MYR 500 (Fixed Allowance) = MYR 5,000**

**Consultant**:
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Full Set Accounting: 2 years (required)
