Tele-sales Representative L Kl Eco City

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia BGC Group Malaysia Full time

**Work Location/Base**:
KL Eco City Mercu 2 (our HQ) - transferrable to other location within KL or within 15km radius.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answering questions about products or the company
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
