Aml (Anti Money Laundering)

**Position: AML Specialist Team Lead**

**Tenure: 6 Months Contract Renewable Basis**

**Salary: Up To Rm 10,000**

**Working Location: Kl Sentral**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise and coordinate workflow for a high-performing team.**:

- **Monitor and ensure accuracy and timeliness of alerts completion.**:

- **Provide direction on SLAs and operational objectives.**:

- **Motivate, develop, and lead team members to exceed goals.**:

- **Oversee coaching and feedback for trainee success.**:

- **Report daily to the Operation Manager.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree.**:

- **5+ years' team management in compliance services.**:

- **Fundamental knowledge of AML and Sanctions.**:

- **Strong communication and organization skills.**:

- **CAMS certification is a plus.**

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
