We are seeking a passionate and talented in-house Videographer to join our team. You will be responsible for capturing and editing compelling visual content, including testimonies, promotional videos, and photographs that help tell our organisation's story and impact to engage donors.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Plan & develop creative concepts or storyboards for visual content that effectively conveys our mission
- Film & edit video footage into impactful video content according to project briefs e.g. fundraising campaigns and donor testimonies; assist in scriptwriting for videos
- Ensure all videography and photography activities adhere to ethical and privacy guidelines, while creating relevant up-to-trend content creatively i.e. use of motion graphics/animation
- Organise and maintain a comprehensive digital asset library for accessibility
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure professional video and audio quality; ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in videography, digital design, media production or related field is preferred
- Proven experience in professional production, especially in content creation for digital media
- Ability to work in fast-paced and diverse environments; may require occasional travel to different project locations
- Proficiency in video and photo editing software e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro etc.
