Store Keeper

Responsible to keep a record of sales and restock the store accordingly.
- To keep record of all incoming and outgoing raw materials and finished goods.
- To track raw material stock levels and ensure re-ordering is done in a timely manner to avoid running out of stock.
- Track the raw material inventory and requirement in relation to the provided production plan.
- To receive incoming raw materials.
- To prepare reports as requested by superior.
- Lead a team to conduct monthly stock check effectively.
- Assist in any other duties as may be assigned by the company from time to time.

Minimum Qualification Requirement:

- Preferable with Diploma certification or equivalent.
- At least 2-5 years working experience in related field.

Skills Required:

- Highly motivated, positive thinker and achiever
- Strong personality, reliable, tolerant and determined
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to communicate comfortably in English
- Well versed with Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in an industrial environment is an advantage
- Ability to work as part of a team, and alone
- Ability to drive a forklift is an advantage
- Experience in an ERP system is preferred
