JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

- To perform general administration and relevant accounts duties.
- To review payments, invoices and other accounting related tasks.
- Manage and execute monthly payroll processing with a high degree of accuracy and ensure timely processing of payroll in compliance with the regulatory requirements and company policies.
- To liaise with statutory bodies on matters relating to EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax as well as HRDCorp.
- To maintain proper record and filing system.
- To prepare monthly management accounts (full set of accounts including bank reconciliation).
- To liaise effectively with bankers, tax agent, auditor and company secretary.
- Hands-on in computerised accounting systems such as SQL and UBS and Excel Worksheets.
- To assist in corporate matters and to demonstrate willingness to work on other ad hoc assignments as and when required

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Able to utilise IT tools to automate and expedite the preparation of record and analysis: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint.
- With minimum 1-3 years of related work experience.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Able to work in a team and independently with minimum supervision.
- Pro-active, resourceful, reliable, meticulous, committed with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and deliver within tight deadlines.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
