**Job Description **岗位职责描述

1. Set up cost management system by compiling regulations and work guidance.

2. Create cost criteria and conduct evaluation.

3. Set up quota and keep evaluating all procedures.

4. Set up standard cost and prices for products.

5. Review sales contract, go through approval procedures and complete signing.

7. Review outsource/subcontracting contracts, go through approval procedures and complete signing.

8. Review outsource/subcontracting payment documents.

9. Conduct cost analysis and investigate to come up with reduction plan.

10. Create department budget.

11. Create reports related to cost and contract management.

12. Any other duties and responsibilities that assigned by superior from time to time

1. Supervise, assess and report the achievement of cost indicators.

3. Monitor and report on the implementation of cost control measures.

**Job Requirements** 岗位任职资格

1. 教育程度 Education Background: Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying, Accounting,

Financial Management, Business Administration or other related majors.

3. 专业知识 Professional Knowledge and Skills:Production processes of reinforced concrete prefabricated components. Manufacturing financial management. Manufacturing cost management. Supply Chain Management. Manufacturing contract management. Cost management.

4. 其 他 Others: Strong willingness to succeed. Confident and empathetic. Good communication skills. Strong resistance to pressure. Proficient in Office WORD, PPT and

EXCEL. Proficient in English and Chinese, better understand Malay.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
