Responsibilities: - Pleasant, mature personality with good interpersonal skills - Must be result orientated, possess initiative and able to work independently - Well organized, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure - Handle all secretarial and administrative tasks - Coordinate various meeting preparations including compiling meeting files and writing minutes - Maintain a reliable filing system - Manage the day to day affairs of assigned sub-tasks and ad-hoc duties Requirements: - Minimum 3 years experience in the secretarial and administrative fields, which incorporate experience in the secretarial and administrative fields, which incorporate experience within a multi-national corporation - Relevant secretarial qualifications - Excellent organization skills - Excellent English Language skills, both written and oral is prerequisite - Excellent communication skills - Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
