Job Requirements 1. Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs. 2. Ensure that customer feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times. 3. Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards. 4. Assist other staff members to complete opening and closing checklist. 5. Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment. 6. Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures. 7. Continually strive to develop staff in all areas of managerial and professional development. 8. Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner. 9. Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period. 10. Ensure that all products are ordered according to predetermined product specifications and received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant’s receiving policies and procedures. 11. Assists in cooking and food preparation during peak hours or shortage of kitchen manpower. 12. Performs other related duties as assigned. Job Qualifications 1. Diploma/Degree in Food Service Management or Culinary or related fields is added advantage. 2. Minimum 2 years experience as Restaurant Manager/ Restaurant Assistant Manager in related F&B industry. 3. Strong organizational, planning and computer skills. 4. Good communication and training skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels.
