The Senior Bookkeeper holds a crucial position in maintaining the seamless functioning of our car care workshop. This role necessitates adept administrative abilities, exceptional time management, proficient communication both with clients and coworkers, and a minimum of 3 years of pertinent professional experience. A minimum diploma qualification in accounting, business (with a focus on accounts), or its equivalent is mandatory for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling of service appointments, and optimizing workshop capacity.
- Prepare accurate service estimates, invoices, and work orders.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure a seamless workflow and efficient allocation of tasks.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle information.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Order and manage the inventory of parts and materials as needed for vehicle repairs.
- Perform data entry and maintain both digital and physical records.
- Provide timely and accurate book-keeping service.
- Prepare financial statements and documentation for management reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in preparing full set accounts
- Graduate in accounting, business (major in accounts), or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office and account software
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions and record-keeping.
- Able to work independently and under stress.
- Must be positive thinking and keen to learn.
- **Must be a Malaysian Citizen**:

- **Willing to travel and assign in Ara Damansara office**

**Salary**: RM4,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
