We are now looking for Sales Admin Clerk to join our team, to be based at Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur. Your main role is to assist sales force with daily sales administration activities. You will play an important role, such as: 1. Prepare daily summary for delivery status 2. Assist sales support team to prepare cutting instruction and distribute to production department. 3. Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time. 4. Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents. To succeed in this role, we will need you to have: 1. Minimum SPM qualification 2. Good computer skills. 3. Excellent verbal communication skills. 4. Accuracy and attention to detail. 5. Ability to multi task, priorities and manage time effectively.
