'¢ To direct and control all activities in production, so that the volumes from each work station is achieved '¢ To organize and control all activities to that the desired level of quality as per assigned standard is achieved '¢ To plan and effectively utilize manpower allocated for the shift '¢ To ensure work stations are maintained and kept tidy during the shift '¢ To ensure discipline is instilled at all times at production premises '¢ To review and take corrective action on daily detective and output performance '¢ To conduct meeting with subordinate for quality productivity and improvement activities for production lines '¢ To inform superior/ relevant personnel in event of major problem pertaining to prolonged overtime, reject, shortages etc '¢ To ensure production run according to production plan schedule '¢ To summarise daily production and defective report to Supervisor '¢ To manage and control the production material inventory in production line
