Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers. To ensure all transactions with customers is accurate and efficient. Issuing receipts and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions. Handle customers' refunds or exchange and coupons/voucher redemption by following company policies. Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones. Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information. Greet customers when entering or leaving the stores.
