IT Internship

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**1st Level Support**
- Perform routine support to end users by ticketing request.
- IDs (GMAIL, UNITS, AD, ELSA) management for on boarding\ off boarding staff.
- Install, update & support Windows 7, Windows 10 & Windows 11.
- Install, update, support and troubleshoot printers & computer parts.

**IT Documentation**
- Update IT documentation including: IT assets, software licensing & infrastandardization (Net. Topology etc.)

**MISC**
- IT low-level project (Replacement Computer, Yearly Computer Audit etc.)
- Install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
- Conduct PC audits and inventory of all products & services.

**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**
- Currently pursuing in Diploma or Degree level in Information Technology\ Science Computer\Networking or equivalent.
- Good technical in Windows OS technology (Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 7).
- Able to communicates well with end users (for handling ticket requests).
- Able to work in a team member as well as individual.
- Good command of written and spoken English

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
