**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated Facilities Technician to oversee the performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, equipment, and facilities within our manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor electrical systems using predefined parameters to assess system performance.
- Identify and address electrical faults through effective troubleshooting techniques.
- Fire-Fighting System Maintenance:Ensure the optimal functionality of fire-fighting systems, including regular testing and maintenance.
- Prepare and uphold a preventive maintenance schedule.
- Coordinate monthly preventive maintenance activities with fire-fighting contractors.
- Liaise with other departments during testing processes.
- Monitor facilities equipment by utilizing established parameters to assess equipment performance.
- Respond to equipment faults through effective troubleshooting methods.
- Manage a variety of facilities equipment, including Air-Conditioners, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Compressors, Dryers, Exhaust Fans, Lighting, City Water Tanks, Fire-Fighting Tanks, City Water Pumps, and Piping Distribution.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Power, or equivalent.
- Possession of a Competent Chargeman AO/A1/L1 certificate will be considered an added advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the electrical or mechanical field with a strong focus on facilities equipment and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
