1) Bertugas dalam semua yang berkaitan surat menyurat.
2) Membuat setiap minit mesyuarat.
3) Menyusun, Mengemas Kini Semua Dokumen Dengan Rapi
4) Membuat Memo - Memo Berkaitan Syarikat.
5) Membuat profile trainner dan profile syarikat beserta course outline dengan rujukan bussiness owner.
6) Membuat e sijil untuk perserta.
7) Membantu menyelaras Program.
8) Membuat Pendaftaran Peserta Ke Dalam Sistem Antarabangsa Bagi Tujuan Pensijilan Antarabangsa Serta Berusan Dengan Pihak Admin Badan Pensijilan Tersebut
9) Menyelaras ECA Form Bagi Tujuan Personal Coaching
10) Kumpulkan data base peserta program

Job Requirement:
1) Kemahiran pentadbiran (contohnya mengurus jadual, menyusun dokumen, mengendalikan panggilan telefon).
2) Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik secara lisan dan bertulis.
3) Kemahiran dalam penggunaan teknologi maklumat (seperti Microsoft Office, sistem panggilan).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 per month

- Skudai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
