This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Executive at citizenM hotels located in Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang. The Admin Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support, assist the Business Development Manager to prepare proposal, quotations, assist on room reservation (TA & OTA), maintaining effective communication, and assisting with administrative tasks. The role will involve various clerical skills and tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Strong phone etiquette and good communication skills
- Proficient in clerical tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented and strong attention to accuracy
- Proficiency in google usage, PMS system etc
- Experience working in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Ability to converse in Chinese dialect is an added advantage

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Position is open to citizens of Malaysia and permanent resident of Malaysia only.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
