**Responsibilities**:

- In charge of food preparation and operation of kitchen according to SOP and quality and presentation standards
- Manage the line cook, following standardized recipes and procedures
- Monitor and ensure sufficient stock and supply for raw materials and ingredients
- Leads kitchen team in chef’s absence
- Assisting the team to maintain food quality, minimize food waste and manage cost control
- Store food in an appropriate manner as according to statutory requirements and recommended approved guidelines.
- Works with the chef to maintain kitchen organization, staff ability, and training opportunities
- Completing other tasks and duties, as necessary by management

**Requirements**:

- Preferably manager specialized in F&B industry or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience/managerial experience in F&B industry.
- Must be able to speak and read basic English
- Positively spirited and passionate about food and be committed to work together with the service team
