- **Calendar Management**: Maintain and organize the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure that the Director's schedule is optimized and aligned with priorities.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Arrange travel logistics for the Director, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing travel itineraries. Coordinate visas, passports, and other travel documents as needed.
- **Document Management**: Manage documents, reports, presentations, and other materials. Assist in preparing, editing, and formatting documents for meetings, presentations, or reports.
- **Communication Liaison**: Serve as a primary point of contact between the Director and other staff members, clients, partners, and external contacts. Screen and prioritize incoming communications and handle inquiries on behalf of the Director.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items discussed during meetings.
- **Project Support**: Assist in managing projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to facilitate project objectives.
