- To supervise a team of warehouse workers for stuffing and un-stuffing of containers for export and import shipments.
- To assist in controlling and managing flow of good to and from warehouse
- To assist in a warehouse/logistics documentation and operation
- To be able to make delivery plan and maximize the efficiency of drivers
- To be able to plan & organize storage space.
- Responsible to support daily operations in warehouse by ensuring adequate manpower to perform warehouse duties.
- To ensures all inventory transaction are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
- To conduct inventory count and assist to verify stock discrepancies.
- To ensures the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control.
- To suggest improvements to eliminate hazards, feedback on inadequacy of operational control, risk assessment and safe work procedure.
- To ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse and proper and safe functioning of warehouse tools, facilities and equipment.
- Knowledge of driving forklift is an advantage.
- Able to work long hours when required.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess own means transportation
- Must know the basic of Microsoft Apps such as Excel, Word, etc
- The ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational & communication skills
- Hardworking, responsible and committed
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Fast learner who can meet tight deadlines and deliver required results
- Conversant in Mandarin is an added advantage
