Warehouse Assistant Supervisor

_**Job responsibilities:

The position duties include a wide range of activities related to monitoring Team performance, ensuring all work is completed accurately within specified time frames, and making sure high levels of customer service are provided at all times.
- **Inbound
- Electrical & Mechanical**_
- Manage entire receiving and assist in receiving and delivery status report.
- To assist superior in day to day operation activities (order processing, reporting, filling system, 5S, HSE & etc.)
- To make sure smooth coordination with Customs and generate accurate stock card and properfiling of bonded documents 10 yrs
- To assist superior in Root cause analysis, Corrective and Preventive action
- To make sure recieving of cargo in good order / clean sign off and photo evidence if necessary
- Are required to take reasonable care for their own health and safety.
- Will co-operate in the investigation of accidents and near misses and the reporting of these incidents.
- To Ensure Pick pack, labelling, staging, loading/ unloading are accurate and no damages
- Ensure inventory and cycle count is carried out accurately.
- **Outbound - Electrical & Mechanical**_
- To manage entire Outbound operation.
- To ensure daily picking list & loading tracking report with KPI in Excel sheet form SAP system
- Segregate pick list by category and arrange for picking. ( Mechanical, Electrical )
- Monitor Daily KPI output productivity and accuracy
- To ensure accuracy in both documentation, customs delcaration and physical quantity for outbound
- Check and verify accuracy of inventory by cycle count
- Completed process pick list, packing and staging for outbound delivery. Ensure proper customs documentation delcared accurately
- To Ensure propoer loading of trucks and stacking, to prevent damages and dented cargo
- Ensure driver to acknowledge Invoice & gate pass, and customs seal
- Meet KPI as per Customer's requirement.
- To carry out duties as and when instructed by Superior & management.
- **Job requirement:

- Minimum STPM/Diploma/Degree in Logistics management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in similar capacity in warehousing and distribution.
- More than 3 years of experience in SAP/WMS system or any other related WMS.
- Excellent knowledge of Warehousing - ESD Operations/ Semicon Industry
- Proficient computer skills, specifically in Ms Excel and WMS
- Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
- Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate taks.
- Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people at all

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
