IT Programmer

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Designation : Executive / IT Programmer**

**Role Objective**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.

3. Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

4. Develop and implement data integration solutions to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Power BI.

5. Optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability.

7. Perform data analysis and provide insights through visualizations and reports.

8. Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.

9. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power BI, PHP, and related technologies.

10. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project delivery and timely completion of tasks.

11. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.

12. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, as needed.

14. To manage new project regarding HR system (Boss.net)

15. To assist in projecting any improvement in Baan System Development

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Fresh graduates are welcome, but having experience as an IT programmer, especially in Power BI and PHP development, would be an advantages.

3. Strong knowledge of Power BI, including report development, data modeling, DAX calculations, and
Power Query.

4. Proficiency in PHP development, including frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter.

5. Experience with SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server).

6. Familiarity with front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

7. Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Ability to gather requirements, analyze data, and provide actionable insights through visualizations.

2. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

4. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

5. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.

6. Knowledge of other data visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.

7. Experience with other programming languages (Python, C#) is a plus Other duties and responsibilities.

**To perform any other tasks as deemed necessary by Head of IT Department.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,800.00 per month
