Scope of Services
Requirement:
- **Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, as the portfolio primarily focuses on operations in Taiwan**.
- Sourcing for Land Partners to collaborate with for deployment of Tiny Houses for rental revenue;
- Providing a summary report on the lands provided by potential Land Partners and its surrounding areas;
- Managing Land Partners and maintaining good partner relationship between the Company and Land Partners
- Planning and coordinating the deployment process of the Tiny Houses by working closely with State Managers and other service providers
- Supporting and clarifying matters with the Hospitality team on the management of Land Partners regarding maintenance of Tiny Houses or other matters.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
