**Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor**

**Location of restaurant**:Kuala Lumpur
**Responsibilities**:
- **Team Management**:
- Supervise and train restaurant staff.
- Create schedules and coordinate shifts.
- **Customer Service**:
- Ensure excellent customer experience.
- Address customer inquiries and issues.
- **Quality and Cleanliness**:
- Monitor food quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas.
- **Inventory and Finances**:
- Manage inventory levels and place orders.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- **Compliance and Safety**:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety rules.
- Train staff on safety protocols.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety.
- Ability to handle pressure and solve problems.
- Flexibility with working hours.
**Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional hospitality or restaurant management training is a plus.
