DevOps Lead

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and manage our DevOps practices and tools
- Lead a team of DevOps engineers
- Automate the software development and deployment process
- Improve the efficiency and reliability of our software delivery pipeline
- Partner with other teams to ensure that our software is released quickly and safely
- Stay up-to-date on the latest DevOps technologies and practices
- Mentor and train other DevOps engineers
- Represent the DevOps team to other teams and stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices
- Experience with a variety of DevOps tools and technologies
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
