Position: TikTok Live Host cum Content Creator (Kids Fashion)

Based: Seri Kembangan, Selangor

Salary Range: RM2,500 - RM4,000 (based on experience)

**JOB DESCRIPSTION**

Live streaming:

- Allows for real-time interaction with viewers.
- Organize engaging sessions, including Q&A, challenges, and games.
- Respond to comments and messages on live feeds

Audience Engagement:

- Engage with your TikTok fans by commenting, like, and sharing.
- Partner with other TikTok creators to reach new viewers.
- Use audience input to better your material.

Brand Promotion:

- Involves highlighting TikTok's features and benefits.
- Collaborate with brands and participate in campaigns.
- Follow TikTok standards and keep a pleasant presence.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor performance indicators like as views, likes, and follows.
- Analyze data to identify audience preferences and trends.
- Generate reports and insights for TikTok management.

Be Really Fun and Creative:

- Promote innovative and engaging video content concepts.
- Create a positive and lively environment for the content development team.

Collaborate with Sales/Marketing Team:

- Create seamless communication channels to incorporate sales/marketing information into content plans.

Strategic Content Planning
- Create monthly content strategies that reflect customers' brand messaging and goals.
- Ensure consistent messaging across social media channels.

End-to-end Content Creation
- Manage content development process, including brainstorming, video production, and social media posting.
- Ensure high-quality, relevant, and consistent content across mediums.

Deep understanding of marketing.
- Stay current on marketing trends, industry updates, and social media platform changes.
- Utilize industry studies, interviews, and web research to improve marketing expertise.

Collaboration in Creative and Digital Terms
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams to connect content with overall marketing strategy.
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration to meet corporate objectives through integrated marketing initiatives.

Stay Ahead of Digital Trends
- Regularly track new social media platforms, online technology, and digital marketing trends.
- Use innovative technology to increase brand visibility in the digital world

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
