Position Overview:
The DCC Clerk cum General Clerk for Quality Assurance plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of Document Control Center (DCC) activities while also providing administrative support to the Quality Assurance department. This position involves managing documents, records, and data related to quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting the QA team in various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Document Control:

- Maintain and update document control procedures and policies.
- Manage the documentation lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving.
- Ensure that all documents are properly formatted, organized, and filed according to established procedures.
- Track and monitor document changes and revisions.

2. Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality assurance activities, including inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
- Organize and manage documentation related to quality standards, regulations, and certifications.
- Prepare reports and summaries of quality-related data and metrics for management review.

3. Compliance and Audits:

- Support internal and external quality audits by providing documentation and records as required.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement in quality processes and procedures.

4. Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative assistance to the Quality Assurance team
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of quality-related documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather information and documents as needed.
- Handle correspondence and communication related to quality assurance activities

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in document control or quality management is a plus.
- Proven experience in document control, record keeping, or administrative support roles, preferably in a quality assurance or regulated industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document management and data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Malaysian citizen.
- Willing to work in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.

Pay: From RM1,600.00 per month
