**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Performance Tracking**:Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Achieved monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target by using strategic sales plans. Adjusting sales strategies as needed to achieve sales targets
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote our products, targeting both B2B and B2C markets.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver engaging sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- **Sales Negotiation**:Negotiate and close deal with customers on behalf of the company, solve the problems on time and provide services consultation.
- **Client Engagement**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understand their needs.
- **Product & Service Promotion**:Create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and online advertisements, to effectively showcase the features and benefits of our products & services to Interior designers, architects or end users.
- To perform any other assignments as and when required by the Management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business / Marketing
- Minimum 2 years of working experience and proven success in the sales and marketing industry
- Proactive, reliable, and exuding a positive attitude with a results-oriented mindset
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate
- Good customer service awareness and understanding of customer needs
- Passion for sales work
- Own transportation and willingness to travel as required
- Proficient in computer literacy and adept at working autonomously
- Construction experienced is advantageous
- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
