**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Plan and execute complex recruiting initiatives to identify, engage and secure the right fit at the right time with the right cost to fully meet business needs.
- Cold calling
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Introduce and explain our products/services to prospects, emphasizing their benefits and addressing any inquiries they may have.
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
- Developing your own network and relationships to establish yourself as an industry expert.
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment.
- Understanding client’s hiring needs and introduce appropriate solutions to clients.
- Strong ability to understand and interpret complex job requirements.
- Achieving daily KPIs and monthly sales target
- Ensuring closure of Job orders
- Negotiate with clients to achieve the best contracts and agreements.
- Contribute to the achievement of the goals as outlined in the strategic plan and overall objectives of the organization.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma and above
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal.
- Independent and leadership qualities will be an added advantage.
- The ability to overcome objection and be persistent.
- A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
- Be enthusiastic in what you do and have a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of source techniques on social media and professional websites e.g: LinkedIn, Facebook, Maukerja, Ajobthing etc
- Sales-driven and ability to work independently and within a team.
- Familiarize with the Manpower Legislation and requirements.

**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per month
