To carry out dispatch duties (collect letters / documents) to or from other locations for the Company as requested by respective departments. - To provide assistance in routine & non routine functions as requested by your immediate superior - To prepare the itinerary of dispatch and take delivery duties undertaken. - Work with strict compliance to all company’s rules and regulations. - Attend to any other duties as and whenever requested by your immediate superior or authorized personnel - Documents collections and delivery - Stamping & ad-hoc assignments from time-to-time - Postal service - to send official outgoing mail to post office and purchase stamps for office use - Payment of bills; cheques and banking duties, etc. - Perform errands as and when instructed by superiors. - Any other assignment as and when required by the Management.
